📸 SUBMITTING PHOTOS

SOME POINTERS ON TAKING A GOOD PROFILE PHOTOGRAPH:

I will be hand-drawing your child's silhouette from the profile photos you provide, so it is important you're happy with them. Here are some tips:

∙ Position your little one sideways. You should only be able to see one side of their face when taking the photo

∙ Stand them in front of a light background which is as plain as possible, ideally a wall

∙ Try to encourage them to look straight ahead. If they have a job to keep still, maybe use the TV as a distraction 😉

∙ Make sure the room is well lit so I can see all their features. Please avoid direct light

∙ Keep their neckline clear, no hoodies or bulky collars

∙ If hair is long, we tend to get a nicer silhouette result if hair is tied up away from neck/shoulders

∙ Bend down and take the photo from their level

∙ Take more than one shot. If you are unsure if you've captured the photo at the right angle, keep snapping and send multiple photos. I'll combine the best elements from each

At a cheaper cost I can supply the high resolution digital file which gives you the flexibility to print on what you like (paper, canvas, t-shirt, mugs etc), and as many times as you like. Contact me before purchasing and I can provide a code to remove shipping cost.
